The Headless Horseman — Sepia Edition brings a little supernatural folklore to the American West, reimagining the legendary rider as though his story had been illustrated in an old Western dime novel. Mounted on a charging horse and holding his carved jack-o'-lantern high, the Horseman is rendered entirely in a weathered, single-color sepia treatment for the look of an antique engraving discovered between the yellowed pages of a forgotten ghost story. No bright Halloween graphics. No cartoon treatment. Just an old rider, an empty saddle where his head ought to be... and one very questionable trail companion.

The entire front illustration is printed in a rich, dark brown chosen to complement six earthy, garment-dyed Fall colors:
